Yoga - the art of finding and creating space within yourself



Yoga is the ancient practice of linking mind, body andspirit to find balance in all aspects of life. Yoga reduces stress and tension , strengthens muscles and the immune system, realigns the entire body for better posture, improves circulation and digestion, teaches correct breathing and enhances concentration and creativity.
Yoga is ideal for students of dance who simply wish to explore the possibility of becoming more aware of themselves.

The class meets once a week on Tuesdays or Thursdays - your choice (although you can take both days at a discount). The session will run from January 5 through January 28.

Description: This 75 min class is for students of all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and a firm blanket.
